Set of 4 18' Alloy Wheels with tyres, want of repair ?

Dezent 18' Alloy Wheels with tyres Barum Bravuris 2 (size 225/40) 2 alloy wheels need repairing, could be done by a welder (please look at the damage on pictures), 3 out of 4 tyres still in a good condition, fourth one need to be replaced. Style: 5 Spoke Bolt Pattern: 5 stud, have been used on Skoda Octavia Pickup only.
